We understand that sometimes an item you order is not what you wanted or expected. Should this occur, let us know within 30 days of the order, and we will exchange the item or refund its purchase price. The original invoice must accompany the item for the exchange or refund.

We, at Flight Deck the Museum Store, respect your privacy. We only gather information from you when you place an order with us. We will only use that information to keep you informed about your order, or to send you additional product or Naval Aviation Museum Foundation information. We do not make our mailing list available to any other company or organization.
